Developed by America Online, fixes a probelm where Open Transport will be removed from memory between sessions and crash any TCP/IP based application such as America Online, Netscape and Internet Explorer. This extension will make sure Open Transport code is in the memory all the time. Another way to fix this problem is to go to the Chooser and activate AppleTalk. If you turn it on, your system will lose about certain percentage in performance.
